Roster cut-off date for all MW2 S3 ladders is 8/10/10. You must have your members verified and on the roster before 11:59pm on Tuesday 8/10/10 for them to be eligible team members for playoffs.
Reminder - Captains please check the account status of your teammates by going on the Forums to Community - Member List - Search Members and search your member's Gamertag. (http://www.sbgaming.com/community/memberlist.php). If their status listed under their Gamertag in their community profile is that of SB Team Captain, SB Registered Gamer, SB Admin Added Gamer or Grandfathered Gamer then their account it properly registered and verified and their status is eligible for SB events and they are eligible to join a team on SBGaming. If their status listed under their Gamertag in their community profile is that of Inactive Member, Unverified Gamer or User Awaiting Email Confirmation then they are not properly registered and/or verified on the site and are not eligible for SB events and are not eligible to join a team on SBGaming. Please check your teammates status as Staff will remove any members they find with an ineligible status from a team roster. With cut-off deadline coming, please be sure your team members are properly registered and verified. It is each Team Leader &/or Captain's responsibility to ensure their team members have been properly registered and verified on the site prior to adding them to a team's roster. How to fix ineligible status: Inactive Member - put in a support ticket on the forums under Support System and request your account to be converted to an unverified account. Once this is done, you need to follow the steps in the Unverified Gamer status below. Unverified Gamer - if your account is that of Unverified Gamer, you need to make a verification post under the New Users Verify Here link to properly verify your account. This is a link in the Navigation Bar on the Forum side. Please note that only accounts not verified will have access to this link. If your account is verified, you will not be granted access to this form. if you are unverified, please complete the New User Forum and post. SB BigxPun will verify your account - usually within a 24-48 hour period. SB BigxPun will note in your post any issues he finds. If there are issues that need to be resolved, please follow the instructions he posts so that you account can be properly verified. Until all issues are resolved, you are not considered verified on the site. User Awaiting Email Confirmation - if your account is this status, you have not verified your email address with the site at initial site registration. Please verify your email. If you have lost this email confirmation or the link in the confirmation email has expired, please put in a support ticket to request a new email confirmation. Once your email is confirmed, you will then need to do the Verification process for Unverified Gamer above. For more information on Registration, Verification and Admin Added Gamers (people without computer access) - please see this link: Team leaders - you can put in a support ticket for your team member or have them put in their own support ticket. Please be detailed in the issue and give exact gamertag spellings, etc. Also, please watch the status of your ticket until the item has been resolved. Any questions or instructions staff have, they will post in the support ticket. GamerTag Change - If you have a gamertag change, please put in a support ticket and request a gamertag change to your new XBL gamertag. Reminder that your user account should match your XBL gamertag that you will be using for SB matches. Please be sure to use exact spelling, case and punctuation when giving us your new gamertag. Other Issues - When registering on the site, please have new users register with their exact gamertag that they use on XBL. Multiple accounts on this site are not allowed. Please inform us if you have multiple accounts so they can be merged. If you had a member with a prior account and can not login, please have them use the Contact Us link at bottom of forum page and let us know what their old user account name was and reason they can not log into their account (forgot password, etc). Be sure they give us their current email in their contact us post. Or a Team Leader can put in a support ticket with the information so we can work together to resolve the issues. If you have members that play in the same household - please be sure that a disclosure post in made in this area: Reminder - it is against site rules to log in or register/verify another user's account. Doing so could jeopardize your access rights to this site. Please contact a staff member to assist you with any registration/verification or other account issues. |
